About you:
You’ll lead some of the most important change in the business, working directly with a C‐suite board member to shape a people strategy that drives growth and performance. Your work will have real visibility and real impact — influencing how the organisation is structured, how leaders lead and how teams perform.
You thrive in complexity. In a fast‐growing, international technology business, you’re comfortable with pace, ambiguity and competing priorities. You know how to navigate a matrix environment, aligning leaders across regions and functions to deliver a shared outcome. You bring clarity where others see noise, and you keep things moving when it matters most.
You’re known for making change happen. Not just setting direction, but turning it into action, embedding it across the business and making sure it lasts. You lead through relationships and credibility, building trust quickly and challenging in a way that moves people forward.
You also understand that how a business feels drives how it performs. You care about building a strong, consistent culture where expectations are clear, leaders are accountable and people are supported to do their best work. You know how to connect culture, capability and performance to create a high‐performing workforce.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Partner with a C‐suite board member to shape and drive a high‐impact people strategy, ensuring it delivers against ambitious growth and transformation goals.
- Lead large‐scale organisational change across a complex matrix, aligning global and local priorities and making sure change is adopted, embedded and delivering results.
- Act as a senior adviser to executive leaders, guiding decisions on organisational design, leadership capability, culture and performance.
- Use data and insight to anticipate challenges, track progress and ensure the people agenda drives measurable improvements in business performance and employee experience.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Significant experience driving organisational change in complex, matrix environments, influencing across senior stakeholders without direct control.
- Experience in a high growth international technology business, with a clear understanding of scaling, transformation and constant change.
- Strong capability in organisational design, change management and employee experience, with a focus on delivering outcomes that improve performance.
- Confidence using people data and insight to shape strategy, influence leadership decisions and demonstrate impact at a senior level.
