Day-to-day, you will:

  • Support leaders with employee relations cases across performance, absence, capability, grievances and disciplinary matters, explaining things clearly and practically.
  • Act as a trusted adviser, coaching leaders to build high performance and resolve issues early, while keeping wellbeing, diversity and inclusion front of mind.
  • Work closely with the wider Employee Success team, including Business Partners and Legal, on more complex cases, restructures and exits.
  • Contribute to projects, reporting and training that help improve how we work, sharing insight that supports the wider people agenda.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience managing a wide range of employee relations cases in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence using data and reports, including Excel and PowerPoint, to share clear insights with stakeholders.
  • An interest in projects, change activity or creating simple, practical training for leaders.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with the resilience to work through ambiguity and change.
