You’re someone who enjoys being the calm, trusted support behind a senior leader. You like bringing order to busy days, thinking a few steps ahead and helping things run smoothly. You’re comfortable working at pace, handling sensitive information with care, and building strong relationships across the business. At Access, we’ll rely on you to help our Chief Financial Officer focus on what matters most, while you keep everything else moving quietly and efficiently.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Manage a complex diary across time zones, making sure meetings are well planned and priorities stay on track.
- Coordinate meetings, travel and expenses, so everything is organised and ready when it’s needed.
- Act as a key point of contact, managing emails and requests and helping people connect with the right information.
- Support leadership meetings and projects with clear agendas, follow-ups and action tracking.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a software or technology business.
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 tools like Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach, with the ability to adapt when priorities change.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, discreet way of working in a remote or hybrid environment.
