About you
We’re looking for a sales professional who enjoys finding new opportunities and building relationships from the first conversation. You are motivated by opening doors, asking the right questions, and helping recruitment agencies improve how they manage candidates, clients, and placements. You like taking a consultative approach to sales and are curious about recruitment technology and the challenges agencies face in a competitive market.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Find new business and cross‑sell opportunities for CRM solutions across our recruitment software portfolio.
- Manage your own pipeline in our CRM system, keeping activity focused and cost of sale low.
- Build strong internal and external networks within the recruitment sector to increase reach and generate new conversations.
- Work closely with our pre‑sales team to deliver clear, engaging software demonstrations tailored to the needs of recruitment agencies.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience in business‑to‑business outbound sales, ideally within software as a service or the recruitment technology market.
- Exposure to recruitment CRM or applicant tracking systems, or a strong interest in how agencies operate.
- Confidence communicating with agency owners and consultants over the phone, online and in presentations.
- A proactive, organised approach to managing leads and opportunities across a varied agency prospect base.
