Day-to-day, you will:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for our People solutions.
- Build and manage a clear pipeline of prospects, keeping everything up to date so you can forecast with confidence.
- Use our customer relationship management system to spot opportunities, connect with people through social selling and adapt as the market changes.
- Support events, seminars and customer meetings, sharing ideas and delivering great experiences.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience in B2B sales or a keen interest in Software Sales.
- Confidence presenting to groups in person or online.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
