About the role
Reporting to the Employee Success Business Partner for the People Division, you will join the team as an Employee Success Business Partner. Highly organised and dynamic, you are a natural people person who is passionate about creating great experiences and centering your decisions around doing the right thing. You will work closely with leaders to create environments that drive high performance and engagement. You elevate leadersâ awareness and understanding, act as a proactive change agent, and consistently seek to enhance processes.
Dayâtoâday responsibilities
- Support the ESBP in implementing workforce plans, global people initiatives, and projects for the Access People Division.
- Collaborate with software companies within the Division to develop and drive programmes that advance the global People Strategy.
- Assist in employee communications and engagement programmes for approximately 1100 employees across EMEA.
- Coach managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, absence, disciplinary matters, and groupâwide people initiatives.
Desired skills and experience
- Strong ability to prioritise multiple projects using data, analytics, and insights to enable quick decisionâmaking and effective execution.
- Commercially minded with results orientation, an analytical mindset, and the ability to present People metrics clearly.
- Skilled at building relationships, influencing, and partnering at all levels, while coaching and advising managers on employee relations.
- Proven track record in designing clear processes and applying detailâoriented yet flexible problemâsolving in highâpaced environments.
