We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.

About you: You’re a product leader who enjoys building the foundations that help other teams move faster and deliver better outcomes for customers. You think in systems and shared services, and you’re comfortable making trade‑offs that balance technical quality, commercial impact and long‑term value. You like working across boundaries, bringing people together around a clear direction even when priorities compete. You’re curious by nature, calm under pressure, and motivated by creating platforms that scale across products and teams. At Access, you’ll have the space to shape how our hospitality products come together — and see the impact of your work every day.

Day‑to‑day, you will:

  • Set the product vision and roadmap for the hospitality platform, making sure it supports the needs of multiple product suites and our wider strategy.
  • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, helping them focus on outcomes, customer value and shared capability rather than one‑off features.
  • Work closely with engineering and technology leaders to prioritise platform work, manage trade‑offs, and keep services reliable, scalable and easy to use.
  • Drive convergence across products by identifying where shared capabilities like data, integrations and artificial intelligence should be built once and reused everywhere.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience owning or contributing to a platform, infrastructure or shared‑services product used by multiple teams or products.
  • Confidence working with technical concepts such as application programming interfaces (APIs), data platforms and system integrations, even if you don’t write code yourself.
  • Experience using data and artificial intelligence to inform product decisions or deliver customer value.
  • A commercial mindset, with the ability to explain how platform investment supports growth, retention and efficiency.

What does Access offer you? On top of a competitive salary, our wellbeing days taking you to 25 days leave a year and a health contribution, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.
