About you: You’re an experienced Executive Assistant who loves helping leaders stay focused on what matters most. You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving technology environment. You understand the importance of accessibility and are confident supporting someone with a visual impairment. You communicate clearly, handle sensitive information with care, and enjoy building strong relationships across a business.
Day‑to‑day, you will:
- Manage a busy and fast‑changing calendar, including meetings across different time zones, making sure the CTO’s time is used well.
- Prepare documents, presentations and meeting materials in formats that are easy to navigate and compatible with screen‑reader software.
- Coordinate travel, meetings and communications, making sure the CTO has what they need and that actions and follow‑ups are clearly tracked.
- Support accessibility by organising information clearly, describing visual content when needed, and working with IT to ensure tools and systems are accessible.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience supporting a C‑level leader in a technology or fast‑paced organisation.
- Strong relationship‑building skills, helping teams work smoothly together.
- Experience helping track projects, deadlines or key business priorities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and other collaboration or calendar tools.
