Overview Join the Access family as a GTM Manager covering a 12‐month maternity role within the People Division. We\’re looking for a passionate leader to drive key product and marketing initiatives that accelerate incremental revenue.Responsibilities Lead strategic go‐to‐market planning, collaborating with Product Management, Propositions leads and Marketing to design the optimum launch approach for new products or core feature launches.Coordinate product launches and releases, managing cross‐functional operational readiness and delivering all sales enablement and marketing assets.Ensure the portfolio of existing and new products achieves divisional targets through innovative and well‐executed product marketing initiatives.Identify cross‐sell opportunities and secure support from the Product Marketing Director to execute appropriate marketing initiatives.Develop product propositions, positioning and messaging that create competitive advantage for customers and prospects.Deliver sales enablement assets, improving conversion rates and supporting the selling process for strategic products.Understand the buying process and buyer DNA, brief internal teams as part of the launch process.Execute lead generation campaigns and provide relevant content to marketing peers.Champion the voice of the customer and central product proposition in planning and execution forums.Orchestrate the optimum customer journey for each new product and refine the experience for existing core products.Serve as the market intelligence expert on buyers, competition and win‐against strategies, communicating insights to stakeholders.Develop customer success stories and collateral to increase customer happiness and support product cross‐sell and up‐sell.Qualifications Proven experience in software product marketing and GTM, preferably in B2B SaaS.Demonstrated success in launching products and executing GTM plans.Experience creating compelling marketing and sales enablement materials.Track record of implementing successful product launch and lead generation campaigns across media and channels.Ability to manage multiple tactical projects with tight deadlines and support big strategic initiatives.Adaptable, flexible and thrive in an agile and dynamic environment with strong project management skills.Benefits Competitive salary, 25 days holiday (increasing with tenure) and a matched pension scheme.
