About you:
As Global New Business Account Executive within the Access Group Hospitality Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing large-scale business opportunities with major hospitality organisations in key target markets.
This position focuses on complex, high-value deals that require sophisticated solution design and strategic relationship building.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Target and engage with large hospitality organisations, including restaurant groups and major hospitality operators seeking comprehensive software solutions.
- Proactively identify and pursue substantial new business opportunities through strategic channels, including senior-level networking, industry events, and executive referrals.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with senior stakeholders and establish executive-level relationships.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and qualification processes for complex, multi-faceted deals with extended sales cycles.
- Navigate complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, departments, and decision-makers within large hospitality organizations.
- Maintain a focused pipeline of high-value qualified opportunities, prioritizing efforts based on deal size, strategic importance, and likelihood of conversion.
- Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, product specialists, and senior leadership to develop tailored proposals and demonstrations.
- Work with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and executive-level materials to support major account pursuits.
- Stay informed about hospitality industry trends, major market movements, and competitive landscape to identify significant opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the SaaS industry, with a deep understanding of SaaS products, services, and market trends, along with demonstrated success in securing large-scale, complex deals in the UK and Global markets.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, effectively managing tasks and responsibilities without constant supervision.
- Experience selling into multinational organizations and a proven track record of successfully selling multiproduct solutions or comprehensive software suites.
- Experience managing extended sales cycles typically ranging from 4-8 months, with ability to maintain momentum and stakeholder engagement throughout lengthy evaluation processes.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving revenue targets and closing high-value deals within complex organisational environments.
- Strong consultative selling approach, with ability to understand sophisticated business challenges and position comprehensive solutions effectively.
- Experience working with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers, comfortable presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Innate self-motivation, with a drive to excel and achieve goals in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Exceptional time management skills, capable of effectively prioritizing high-impact activities and managing complex, multi-threaded opportunities.
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working as part of a small team and contributing positively to group efforts.
- Exceptional communication skills across various channels, including phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
- Conduct business with integrity, loyalty, and honesty, building trust with colleagues and clients alike.
- Foster positive relationships through cooperation and support, both internally with team members and externally with clients.
- Maintain a positive attitude, approaching challenges with optimism and resilience.
- Commitment to continuous self-improvement and ongoing learning to stay abreast of industry trends and sales techniques.
- Willingness to travel and participate in events such as exhibitions, seminars, and sales meetings, occasionally requiring overnight stays away from home.
