About you:

You are an experienced engineering leader who enjoys helping teams do their best work. You combine strong technical knowledge with people leadership, creating an environment where engineers can thrive, take ownership and deliver meaningful outcomes for customers. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment and have experience leading software engineering teams through change and growth. You are passionate about continuous improvement, modern software development practices and using new technologies, including AI, to help teams work more effectively.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing engineering team, supporting career growth, performance and team success.
  • Partner with Product, Design and other stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions and business outcomes.
  • Drive engineering excellence through modern cloud-based development practices, automation, security and continuous delivery.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement while supporting the adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience managing software engineering teams delivering SaaS (Software as a Service) products.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Experience working with globally distributed or remote engineering teams.
  • Understanding of secure software development practices and balancing technical decisions with business priorities.
