Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the full sales journey, from product demo to close, using leads from different channels.
  • Talk with customers about their accounts payable (AP) processes and show how Lightyear can make their day‑to‑day work easier and more efficient.
  • Support customers during their trial, ensuring a positive experience and real value from the software.
  • Keep your pipeline up to date, including follow‑ups, forecasting and general sales administration.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast‑paced sales environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Confidence learning new software and explaining technology in a clear, simple way.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence different decision‑makers.
  • Experience working with multiple sales teams or stakeholders to get the right outcome for the customer.
