About you: As a Business Development Representative, you will be part of the wider Sales function within Access Group focusing on generating sales pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities with the ultimate goal of closed won business.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Generate sales pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities, utilizing AI-powered sales intelligence tools to identify high-value prospects
  • Leverage AI for prospect research, personalized outreach campaigns, and optimal timing of communications
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans, using data insights to allocate time and resources effectively across your account base in collaboration with Sales representatives
  • Nurture early-stage opportunities using AI-driven insights to tailor messaging and engagement strategies
  • Create awareness of Access Groups solutions through a multi-platform customer engagement approach, incorporating AI tools for content personalization and lead scoring
