About you: You enjoy owning the full sales journey and seeing the impact of your work from first conversation through to close. You’re naturally curious about how product‑based businesses run and like digging into real operational challenges before suggesting a solution. You’re comfortable working remotely, managing your own day, and you take pride in running a tidy pipeline. At Access, you’ll have the support, coaching and inbound demand to do your best work, while still having the freedom to build your own momentum.

Day to day, you will:

  • Manage a mix of inbound and self‑sourced opportunities, taking each one through a clear and structured sales process.
  • Run thoughtful discovery calls and product demos that link Unleashed’s inventory management software to real business problems.
  • Build relationships with founders, finance leads and operations teams, making sure you understand how decisions are made.
  • Own your deals through to close, keeping Salesforce up to date and handing over smoothly to onboarding and customer success.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience in full‑cycle B2B sales, including prospecting, discovery, demos and commercial conversations.
  • Experience selling software to small or medium‑sized businesses, particularly in manufacturing, wholesale or distribution.
  • Familiarity with structured sales approaches, such as MEDDPICC or SPIN, to qualify and progress opportunities.
  • Confidence talking about technology ecosystems, including accounting software, e‑commerce platforms or integrations.
