About you
As part of the New Business People sales team, you bring energy, ownership, and a desire to build strong networks. You're comfortable working independently and collaboratively, and you’re committed to growing your skills and career with us.
Day‑to‑day, you will:
- Identify and pursue new business and cross‑sell opportunities for Access People solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting and proactive prospecting.
- Use CRM and social selling tools (including LinkedIn) to generate opportunities and adapt to changes.
- Attend events, present ideas, provide excellent customer service, and support colleagues as needed.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Proven B2B sales success within HCM or Learning software, including winning new business and cross‑selling SaaS.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence working independently and in small teams.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to build rapport at all organisational levels.
- Strong relationship‑building skills, integrity, professionalism, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
