About you: You care about helping charities and not‑for‑profit organisations get the most out of their technology. You build trust quickly, you listen well and you enjoy understanding what people need before recommending the right solution. You’re motivated, organised and comfortable managing a busy mix of conversations, from looking after existing clients to speaking with new ones. You’re proactive, curious and confident using simple, clear language to explain how our products can make a real difference to the charities you support.
Day‑to‑day, you will:
- Manage relationships with a portfolio of charity clients, making sure they’re getting the most value from our Access products.
- Identify chances to introduce new products that can help charities improve the way they work, such as fundraising tools, volunteer management or finance systems.
- Find and develop new opportunities in the charity sector, reaching out to organisations that could benefit from simpler, more connected technology.
- Keep your pipeline updated, prepare clear pricing proposals and deliver helpful demonstrations that show how our solutions can support their goals.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience working in a business‑to‑business sales role, with an interest in supporting charity customers.
- Confidence presenting to people at different levels, from fundraisers to senior leaders.
- Comfort using customer relationship management tools like Salesforce to keep track of conversations and next steps.
- A positive, solution‑focused approach, especially when working with organisations that have limited time and resources.
