Duties
- Identify and report emerging areas of risk and control failures or gaps, ensuring issues are escalated quickly with clear recommendations.
- Implement internal control activities and procedures as defined in policy, ensuring consistent application across relevant processes.
- Compile and process management information to support control monitoring, trend analysis, and decision‑making.
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements, highlighting any areas of non‑compliance.
- Support audit preparation and response, coordinating information requests and tracking closure of findings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of control frameworks, process maps, and risk assessments.
- Work with business stakeholders to strengthen processes, advising on control design when changes or new initiatives arise.
- Assist in developing and enhancing control dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility of key risk indicators.
- Contribute to risk culture awareness, promoting best practice and reinforcing the importance of strong controls.
