The Academy is seeking a Head of Strategy and Planning to provide organisation-wide leadership on strategic thinking, prioritisation and planning. You will develop and maintain the strategic framework, ensuring evidence-based decisions and deliverable plans while enabling effective resource allocation.
Working with the COO and senior leaders, you will embed governance and performance frameworks, manage cross-cutting programmes and build influential partnerships to advance the Academy's mission.
