ATTFE College are seeking a Sessional Support Worker to join an Ofsted rated \’Good\’ provider, to help give learners locally and in the wider community a chance to learn, and progress further in their lives.
Duties will be carried out in a manner that enhances the learners\’ dignity and quality of learning experience and respects confidences and helps support and care for learners who have additional needs and learning difficulties.
Our vision at ATTFE College is to be recognised as an outstanding provider of Further Education and be the provider of choice of our local communities. We strive to raise the aspirations and achievements of the communities that it serves, providing high quality, innovative education and training for learners who are aged 16+ (including adults). We take a learner‑centred approach towards education and lifelong learning opportunities that supports the learning needs of the local environment.
You would be working from both our Sutton, Ollerton campuses, and in the wider community so a driving licence and own vehicle is mandatory as you will be expected to drive between venues.
