About this Role:
The EVOLVE Lead Practitioner will champion outstanding teaching, learning and assessment across the ATTFE College by working collaboratively with curriculum teams to improve learner outcomes, attendance, engagement and progression.
The post holder will coach, mentor and support teachers, tutors and assessors to continually improve classroom practice, embed innovative teaching strategies and ensure a consistently high-quality learner experience. They will contribute significantly to quality improvement activities and interventions within ATTFE College and lead on enrichment for and within EVOLVE.
Please note that this position is a teaching role. Therefore, if you are successfully appointed, you will be enrolled in the Teachers' Pension Scheme.
