Tudor Grange Primary Academy St James Academy is seeking a highly organised and empathetic Special Educational Needs Coordinator for a 0.6 FTE permanent role.
Responsibilities
- Act as the lead SENCo, providing strategic leadership to support students with special educational needs.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, agencies, and staff.
- Encourage, coach and support a team of 13 dedicated Learning Support Assistants.
- Promote excellent pupil behaviour and a strong ethos of inclusion, maintaining high expectations for all learners.
- Collaborate with the wider school community, including the Diocese of Birmingham and local church, to further inclusion efforts.
