Belonging Manager

Belonging Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure all learners – particularly those from underrepresented, disadvantaged or vulnerable groups – are fully included, engaged and supported to achieve positive outcomes on the ATTFE College Programme of Study and EVOLVE provision.

The postholder will champion inclusive practice across curriculum and support services, working collaboratively with staff, learners, parents/carers and external agencies to remove barriers to learning, improve retention, attendance, behaviour and progression.

NJC Point 30–34 (£40,777–£45,091) 37 hours per week, All Year Round, Permanent.
