We are advertising for a client who requires a part time trainee dental nurse for their busy and well established NHS and Private 5 surgery dental practice in Chester centre.

Working hours

The position is for full time per week between Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.15pm.

Training and responsibilities

Training within the practice will include:

  • Being able to carry out high quality dental nursing to assist each clinician with dental procedures
  • Ensuring that all cross‐infection and decontamination procedures are carried out correctly
  • Preparing and closing of the surgeries
  • Health and Safety procedures
  • Infection Control procedures
  • Basic First Aid & Medical Emergencies
  • Patient Confidentiality and GDPR procedures

Minimum wage will be paid whilst in training.

The successful candidate will enrol with The Academy of Dental Nursing to gain their City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing.
