  • Lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk, and compliance programmes (ISO 27001, NIS2, DSPT, GDPR, Cybersecurity and Resilience Act).
  • Oversee incident readiness, supplier risk, security architecture guidance, and resilience planning.
  • Present to boards, senior executives, and technical teams with confidence and clarity.
  • Build trusted client relationships and help grow accounts.
  • Win new business through proposals, networking, and market engagement.
  • Work towards monthly billable utilisation targets, with a 6–12 month ramp-up and bonus incentives.

What We’re Looking For

  • CISSP, CISM or equivalent certification or a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field (essential).
  • Experience as a CISO, Deputy CISO, Head of Security, or vCISO.
  • Strong background in healthcare or life sciences (NHS, biotech, medtech, research, digital health).
  • Consulting or professional-services experience managing multiple clients.
  • Excellent communicator, commercially minded, able to deliver and win work.
  • UK-based and able to start in January/February 2026.

What We Offer

  • £75–£85k base salary + bonus tied to utilisation and business development.
  • Fully remote role with flexible working.
  • Meaningful impact in a sector where cybersecurity directly affects patient safety and innovation.
  • Opportunity to help shape and scale a flagship new service within a respected specialist firm.
