We are seeking a professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for all visitors to our hotel, handling enquiries and managing reservations with efficiency and care.
Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage phone calls, providing information about the hotel's services and amenities while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date and accessible.
- Process reservations accurately using the hotel management system, confirming bookings and updating guest information as necessary.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services, including housekeeping and maintenance.
- Assist in managing payments and billing processes while ensuring confidentiality of guest information.

Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
