About the Role
As relief staff, you will take on a dual role, combining cooking and resident support responsibilities. You will directly impact the wellbeing of our residents by providing the support and care they need in a safe, nurturing environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Meal Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and serve home-cooked meals for 12 residents, while maintaining food stock and ensuring proper rotation.
- Resident Support: Be the first point of contact for residents, offering a friendly face and support with their daily needs.
- Housekeeping: Ensure communal areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for all.
- Wellbeing Promotion: Promote the overall wellbeing of our residents, ensuring they feel respected, empowered, and connected within our community.
