As a Retirement Living Team Lead, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of retirement living schemes, ensuring the needs of residents are met efficiently. This temporary role in the public sector focuses on property management and providing a high standard of service to the community.

Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of retirement living schemes, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Supervise and support the team to provide excellent care and housing services to residents.
- Ensure all properties are well-maintained and meet regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with external contractors for maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Keep accurate records and reports related to property management and resident services.
- Respond to resident queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in implementing policies and procedures to improve service delivery.
- Support the development of community activities to enhance residents' quality of life.
Profile
- Experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Knowledge of housing regulations and compliance standards.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to challenges.
Job Offer
Hourly rate between £22.00 and £26.00, dependent on the level of experience.
Temporary contract offering flexibility.
