The Abbey in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior BIM Lead to drive the BIM strategy and ensure compliance with BS EN ISO 19650 and the UK BIM Framework.

You will develop asset information standards (AIRs, EIRs) and lead digital handover processes across projects.

You will oversee BIM assurance activities, coordinate CAFM/IWMS integrations, and mentor BIM teams while promoting data-driven asset management and digital twins across the organization.
