As a SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will be expected to provide one-to-one support to an individual pupil with an Educational Healthcare Plan (EHC) who has specific needs. The post-holder will be fully informed about the needs they are supporting, what the targets set by external professionals are, and how to effectively support these needs. You will work under the direction of the class teacher and the Head of Academy to support and deliver planned learning interventions.
