Overview
Provide same day and routine clinics face to face and telephone.
Assess, diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions, including undifferentiated presentations.
Prescribe in line with national and local guidelines.
Contribute to longterm condition management and personalised care.
Support safe triage and help manage practice workload.
Work closely with GPs, nurses, clinical pharmacists and other ARRS roles.
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner for 8-16 hours a week with opportunities for additional paid sessions or overtime who is a qualified independent prescriber.
Educated to masters level (or equivalent experience) in advanced practice.
Confident managing undifferentiated presentations in primary care.
Able to work autonomously within a supportive GP-led team.

- Clinical team: We have 1 GP Principal, 3 Salaried GPs, 1 ANP, 2 Practice Nurses, 1 Nurse Associate Apprentice and then we have attached ARRS staff, In house Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Mental Health OT, Social Prescriber.
