The firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Lawyer (2+ years PQE) to join our busy team in our vibrant City of Manchester office. The Real Estate Department is highly ranked in the Legal 500 and deals with some of the largest commercial portfolios in the North West. The Commercial Property department handles an exceptional quality of work acting for a broad client base. You will work closely with the Banking & Finance Department on Real Estate Finance matters, providing a full service to a wide range of banks, lenders, and borrowers.
You will be handling a caseload of property investment, development finance, securitisation, project finance, and facility agreements. You will be working within a leading team with a large and varied clientele.
Requirements:
- You will be a Real Estate Finance Lawyer with 2 years PQE+ (there are no upper limits in terms of candidates for consideration).
- You will have experience of investments.
- Excellent technical and commercial ability.
- You will have experience handling your own caseload of high-quality work.
Salary is negotiable depending on the level of your PQE, plus an excellent benefits package.
