About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated solicitor or legal executive with experience handling probate matters to join a friendly, collaborative firm with a strong reputation in the North West. You'll manage a varied caseload, supporting individuals and families through the estate administration process with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling a full range of probate and estate administration matters from start to finish
- Drafting wills, lasting powers of attorney, and related private client documentation
