The Abbey is seeking a midday supervisor to work as part of a team, supervising other staff and monitoring pupils' behaviour during the midday break. You will allocate duties to midday assistants and oversee safe dining and play activities.
Responsibilities include reporting incidents, liaising with colleagues on individual pupil needs (e.g. SEN), ensuring first aid is available, and safeguarding pupils in the academy following established protocols.
