We are seeking committed receptionists with enthusiasm for working in primary care, a genuine interest in working with patients, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Providing a warm and welcoming front desk experience for patients and visitors.
  • Processing repeat prescription requests, scanning, summarizing and filing medical records.
  • Assisting with back‑office duties such as data entry and coordination with the clinical system EMISWeb/DOCMAN10.
  • Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records in line with clinic policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating effectively with the clinical and administrative team.

Qualifications

  • Courteous, professional appearance and ability to project a positive image to patients and visitors.
  • Highly motivated, proactive and a good team player.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced primary care environment.
  • Experience with EMISWeb, DOCMAN or similar electronic medical records (preferred).
