You will have:

  • DIY skills and be able to carry out minor repairs to buildings and equipment. (Essential)
  • Willingness and ability to operate hand tools, cleaning machinery etc., and carry loads. (Essential)
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required by the post, including lifting, carrying and pushing various equipment. (Essential)
  • Experience of managing a team. (Desirable)
  • Experience of working in an academy/school/college environment. (Desirable)
  • IT skills sufficient to perform the role. (Essential)
  • Organisational and efficiency skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
