We are now seeking a Principal who leads with integrity, inspires through their values, and places children at the heart of every decision. The successful candidate will be someone who:
- A proven track record of school improvement and strategic leadership
- A deep understanding of curriculum, assessment, safeguarding and pastoral excellence
- The ability to inspire, influence and communicate with clarity and empathy
- Commitment to the Christian foundation of the academy and the wider mission of Abbey MAT
