We are looking for a dedicated individual who is looking to provide support and guidance to students to achieve a good attendance record. An inspirational, caring practitioner who operates with integrity, warmth and a sense of humour. Looking to develop their career within a supportive team.
You will be:
- A highly motivated and hard-working individual
- Able to build positive relationships with families, parents and carers to achieve improvement
- Someone who will support the Trust's Christian ethos as well as our shared mission and values
Permanent, term time only, 38 weeks per year plus 5 days (39 weeks) FTE. Salary C1, SCP 12-17, £28,598 to £31,022 per annum, pro rata. Actual Salary £24,597 - £26,682, based on 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. Working Hours Full Time, 37 per week.
