There is a large-sized multi-Disc consultancy that is currently looking to take on an Associate Electrical Engineer to join their office in Manchester. This consultancy is renowned for working on large-scale projects across the UK that work closely with their clients and deliver on high-end projects. The overall team size across Manchester and Leeds is around 40+.
This role will see you leading MEP projects, along with inputting to and assisting with leading the Electrical team on projects in the Manchester & Leeds area. Currently, the team have quite a few projects on the go such as Commercial (Office & Hotels), Higher education, and Healthcare. This presents a unique opportunity for an established Electrical Engineer to make their mark with a large consultancy and work their way up to a Partner level position.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ Years' experience in building Services
- Have a degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
- Leading the Electrical team and taking project leadership roles as required
- Promoting and assisting with growth amongst the Electrical team
- Communicating directly with Clients, offering innovative design solutions and managing expectations
- Further developing relationships with existing and new clients including contractors, architects and developers
- Managing workload of engineers and technicians
- Preparing Technical Specifications
- Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
