Due to their excellent reputation and networking activities they are now going through a period of expansion because of business growth and excellent client retention. The perfect candidate for this role would be a bright, ambitious, tech savvy, a very people orientated person. They would ideally have completed AAT and potentially be studying their first few ACCA/ACA exams, have a minimum of 1 years practice experience and be IT literate.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- preparing the annual accounts of limited and non-limited company status clients
- assisting with statutory audits
- producing final draft accounts and tax computations for review
- producing management accounts, cash flows and budgets
- providing a full range of company secretarial services
- organising your workload so you can prepare accounts and tax returns efficiently within time and budget constraints
- checking-in clients records and notifying them of any deficiencies, whilst assisting the improvement of their bookkeeping systems
- meeting with the client manager and agreeing the approach to accounts preparation for each client
- assisting clients with their accounting software, including installation/training
- attending training workshops.
Candidates Attributes
- Be newly AAT qualified and maybe studying the first few ACCA/ACA exams.
- Minimum of 1 years practice experience.
- Have experience of software packages such as Iris, Sage, Quickbooks, Xero etc would be highly advantageous.

Working hours, 9am-5:00pm (FLEXIBLE WORKING BETWEEN 8AM-6PM)

Salary
£18,000 - £23,000 + Study Support dependant on experience and value added.
