The Sales Consultant is a front‑line representative for So Resi and MTVH, responsible for delivering the sales budget across multiple locations within a broad geographical area. You will contribute to sales delivery and performance, ensuring an excellent customer experience while upholding health and safety requirements. Your day‑to‑day activities include managing the customer journey from site launch through lead management, application processing and completion, and engaging with all key internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the sales budget and contribute to sales performance across the region.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience and comply with health & safety standards.
- Manage the customer journey from site launch, lead generation, application processing to completion.
- Engage efficiently with all key internal and external stakeholders during the sales process.
- Support marketing with the implementation of sales strategies and collaborate with cross‑functional teams within MTVH.
- Monitor void properties weekly to ensure ongoing security.
Qualifications
- Experience in a sales and customer service environment.
- Expert knowledge of intermediate and private sales products, with at least three years’ shared ownership sales experience.
- Knowledge of the legal process of shared ownership and outright property sales.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer care.
- IT and numeric literacy with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing sales office and show home operations.
- Capable of working efficiently across multiple locations in a fast‑paced environment.
