You will lead the technical direction for a squad of developers, ensuring high quality delivery while navigating complex architectural challenges within a high compliance environment.
Technical Stack:
- Node.js / TypeScript – Lead-level experience essential.
- Cloud & Infrastructure – AWS (Lambda, ECR, S3, SQS, EC2).
- IaC & Orchestration – Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker.
- Database – DocumentDB (DocDB).
- DevOps & Tooling – GitLab with robust CI/CD pipeline management.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Public Sector / NHS experience delivering digital services.
- Central Government experience adhering to GDS standards.
- Key Leadership Skills – mentoring mid-to-senior developers, rigorous code reviews.
