Manage and grow defined key accounts, increasing sales and engagement. Cleanse, maintain, and develop a productive customer database. Target low and non-spending branches within defined accounts. Handle inbound enquiries and set up trading terms where appropriate. Support and deliver marketing and promotional activities. Build strong relationships with customer decision-makers. Achieve agreed sales turnover targets, adhering to pricing and discount policies. Research and target growth opportunities using various platforms and social media. Manage and develop an existing pipeline of leads. Review sales performance monthly, providing accurate forecasts and reports. Coordinate and deliver customer training sessions online.
