Abbey Field Medical Centre and Tollgate Practice are currently looking to recruit an experienced clinical pharmacist to join our PCN team on a permanent, ideally full time basis (although may consider full time over 4 days). This is an excellent opportunity to join a hardworking and dedicated team that deliver a professional service. The successful person will join a strong clinical pharmacy team consisting of 3 clinical pharmacists and 4 pharmacy technicians.
Responsibilities
- Prescribing and the monitoring of medication
- Clinical document management letters
- Discharge summaries and minor surgery clinics (if time allows)
Qualifications
- Completion of a degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS)
- Experience working within general practice
- Disclosure and Barring Service Check. This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and requires a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions
