We are looking to recruit a Patient Administration Care Co-Ordinator to join our team at Abbey House Medical Practice. The focus of this role is to work across all administrative teams with other primary care professionals within the Practice to provide patients with administrative support and timely access to services.
We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated and enthusiastic, approachable, compassionate, organised and must be able to work as part of a team. Previous experience of working in a people-centered environment is essential.
The successful candidate must demonstrate good communication skills face to face, over the telephone and written down plus be able to actively listen to both patients and colleagues. A good knowledge of computers is essential. Previous use of SystmOne would be an advantage however full training will be given.
We are a large practice based over 2 sites in the small market town of Daventry, Northamptonshire with an Outstanding CQC rating. Despite our large size, we pride ourselves in our team spirit and look forward to welcoming a new Care Co-Ordinator to the surgery!
This is a permanent full-time position - 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Other employee benefits include 25 days annual leave pro rata.
