Qualifications and Requirements

  • Some experience in vehicle maintenance and repair and customer service
  • Full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less; if you don’t have category BE (towing) we’ll fund it for you.
  • Happy working shifts, which could include evenings, weekends and bank holidays

Responsibilities

The role will involve diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues, providing excellent customer service, rotating shifts in various weather conditions, and ensuring timely completion of service calls. You will be expected to apply technical knowledge, communicate effectively with customers, and meet performance standards.
