Salary: £29,350 (based on an average 40 hour working week)
Additional Location allowance: £3598 per annum
On Target Earnings: Top performers can earn upwards of OTE £44,000
Start Date: 13th of April 2026
Please note: Due to essential training requirements, annual leave cannot be taken between 13th April and the 31st of May, these periods are critical to the success of the programme and ensure all trainees receive the full benefit of the training schedule.

What will I be doing?
- Programme Overview
- Duration: A comprehensive 18-month journey where you’ll dive into the latest automotive technologies with workshops led by our inhouse training experts
- Mentorship: You will be paired with a seasoned patrol expert, providing one-on-one guidance
- Real-World Experience: Gain practical on the job experience
- Certification: Earn IMI and EV certifications that will set you apart in the industry.
- End of the programme: To be a fully competent roadside AA Patrol, with potential to increase pay and benefits
- Starting and finishing work on your driveway, (paid from the moment you get in your van to the moment you get home).

What do I need?
- Some experience in vehicle maintenance and repair and customer service
- It’s essential that you have a full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less. If you don’t also have category BE (towing) we’ll fund it for you.
- To be happy working shifts, which could include evenings, weekends and bank holidays
