What You’ll Do
* Deliver prestige roadside support for Volkswagen vehicles, using manufacturer-specific tools and diagnostics
* Take complete ownership of the customer experience, from arrival to completion of the repair
* Combine technical skill with excellent communication to ensure customer satisfaction every time
* Handle a mix of warranty work, roadside diagnostics, and advanced repairs
* Start and end your day at home with a fully equipped VWG van, tools, and uniform
* Work 40 hours/week – currently with a 7am–8pm shift range, with flexible standby hours to suit your life
Who You Are
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
* Confident, independent, and customer focused
* Holds a full UK Cat B licence (max 6 points)
