This is the job As a Senior Personal Injury Handler, you will support the Personal Injury department in its objective of effectively managing OIC/MOJ/Fast track Personal injury claims. Your technical expertise will play a key role in developing departmental processes, training, and implementing change to keep the Personal Injury Team at the forefront of the evolving personal injury landscape. What will I be doing? Managing claims up to £25k across all areas of Personal Injury in line with claim handling procedures and service levels Serving as a technical expert to help shape the team\’s strategy Conducting departmental audits to ensure best practices Providing coaching and training to colleagues to maintain high technical standards Supporting the team leader in change projects for continuous improvement Collaborating with internal claims teams such as Credit Hire and counter fraud to ensure correct management and risk mitigation What do I need?
