Location: Oldbury

Salary: £23,180 + monthly incentives

Working hours: Monday-Friday 08:00–18:00 & Alternate Saturdays 9-5, including some Bank Holidays. Opening Hours are subject to 28 days’ notice.

What You’ll Do

  • Customer Engagement: Connect with small businesses and manufacturers via inbound phone calls. Understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Sales Pitch: Make outbound calls to obtain sales through various leads and sources.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with customers. Your goal? To turn them into loyal AA members.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets. Your success directly impacts our business growth.
