Role Responsibilities
- Be a communicator: Diagnose issues and clearly explain to customers to ensure they feel safe and informed.
- Be a self-starter: Work independently and as part of a team, driving to various locations in all weather conditions.
- Be a fixer/problem solver: Use your technical skills to resolve a variety of vehicle issues on the roadside or recover vehicles to garages.
Requirements
- NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent with appropriate experience.
- Full category B driving licence with 6 points or less.
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
